TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR:
Cleanup fees begin at $350 (each situation is individually assessed), $20.00 per broken glassware; $150.00 detailing and wax (due to sickness on vehicle exterior); $300.00 minimum for each burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery; $300.00 minimum for each act of vandalism. Dollar amounts listed above can significantly increase for any removed/stolen items from vehicle.
Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost, as stated in contract. Armani’s Limo Services Inc. recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles. Any deposits (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable, if any cancellation occurs from renter’s side with less than 14 business day notice the renter is reasonable for the total due. Total is due 14 business days prior to event day.
As with all contracts, the rental contract between the mentioned person as renter and Armani’s Limo Services Inc is made with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Armani’s Limo Services Inc acceptance. If ride date is changed and accepted ride will be charged on changed date in full.
If the contract is cancelled with less than 14 days notice, Armani’s Limo Services Inc is still authorized to collect the remaining balance in full, if the car was not re-rented on the cancelled date for the same or higher amount. We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser’s credit card as per telephone conversation.
The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone/fax.
Airport Service
We provide transportation to all of New York’s and New Jersey’s public and private airports. Meet and greet service is also available; being met by our chauffeur at the airport is your ticket to convenience. Your name is prominently displayed on a sign so that you will have no difficulty finding your chauffeur.
Because our airport rates are not time based, you know that you are getting maximum value for your transportation budget. You will travel the quickest route to your destination where your chauffeur will complete the service by providing curbside luggage assistance.Let us make your next airport transfer as easy as possible.
Armani's Limo Services Inc reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeur requests in order to obey the rules in this contract.

Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines.
Client accepts full liability for client, client’s guests, and/or client affiliations. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle. Damages will be charged as follows: Cleaning fees start at $350 and increase from there if any excessive cleaning is necessary beyond routine cleaning (i.e.: spilled drinks/kegs, chips, popcorn, etc.), glitter, rice, or confetti-type decoration is used in the company vehicles. Styrofoam coolers and popcorn are not allowed. In order to maintain top-of-the-line equipment for our future customers, a $100 additional charge per cigarette/per cigarrete is automatically assessed if anyone in the renting party should smoke or vomit in the company vehicles. Please drink responsibly and advise your guests of these additional fees. Armani’s Limo cannot be held responsible in any way for traffic conditions, flight delay, mechanical difficulty, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Client authorizes Armani’s Limo to charge the credit card on file at the time of booking and agrees that if service is canceled for any reason prior to or during the service that no refund will be issued, no exceptions. If service is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid. Armani’s Limo requires a major credit card to process reservations.
All online reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pick up time.

SUCH AS: ONE WAY ROADS, WINDING ROADS (ZIG ZAG ROADS), STEEP ROADS, DIRT ROADS, HILLS, CLIFF AREAS, ETC.

Liability:
Company shall not be held liable for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond company’s control. (2) Company does not guarantee the outcome or results of any trip, including client’s enjoyment, having fun, getting to a destination on time, the location of a celebrity’s home, getting in at any event or place, being parked or dropped off at the front entrance of a place/event, etc. Company further cannot guarantee provision of multilingual drivers. Additionally, company does not guarantee that the vehicle’s heater and air conditioning will work properly. (3) Should company for any reason incur any liability, its liability shall not exceed the amount of the fare Company received from client.
No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees for service.
While we are happy to let you bring compact discs, videotapes and other personal items, Armani’s Limo does not take responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limo rental service.
Limousine rentals made by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen must have this agreement signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18).
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Refunds will be given only as a credit towards future services.
Armani’s Limo Services reserves the right to change the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
