We provide transportation to all of New York’s and New Jersey’s public and private airports. Meet and greet service is also available; being met by our chauffeur at the airport is your ticket to convenience. Your name is prominently displayed on a sign so that you will have no difficulty finding your chauffeur. Because our airport rates are not time based, you know that you are getting maximum value for your transportation budget. You will travel the quickest route to your destination where your chauffeur will complete the service by providing curbside luggage assistance. Every detail is checked and every effort is made to make your ride to your wedding as comfortable and stress free as possible. We make it our business to be 10-15 minutes early to every wedding. Our vehicles arrive clean and polished, our chauffeurs are neatly attired. Your chauffeur will assist you throughout your wedding, and assisting you with your dress. Transfers to your honeymoon destination, hotel or airport are also available. Our convenient airport transfer service alleviates the hassle of transporting your out-of-town guests, and post reception shuttles ensure the safe return of your guests to their homes or hotels. Our fleet consist of Escalade SUV’s and 7 passenger’s limousines to accommodate your needs, your night is sure to be a fun and exciting event. All vehicles come standard with leather interior, deluxe stereo, color TV , tinted windows.

 

 Armani’s Limo Services Inc. will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a zero-tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, the vehicle can be seized, and the chauffeur and passengers arrested. All law enforcement agencies are aggressively enforcing this policy. Armani’s Limo Services Inc. will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horse play or inappropriate behavior while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her guests. 

 

AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR: Cleaning fees start at $350 and increase from there if any excessive cleaning is necessary beyond routine cleaning (i.e.: spilled drinks, glitter or confetti type decoration). No food, smoking or vaping in Armani’s vehicles. Styrofoam coolers are not allowed. In order to maintain top-of-the-line equipment for our future customers, a $350 clean up fee additional charge per cigarette/vaping or eating is automatically assessed if anyone in the renting party should smoke or vomit in the company vehicles. Please drink responsibly and advise your guests of these additional fees. Downtime subject to loss of revenue, per each hour lost, as stated in contract. Armani’s Limo Services Inc. recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  ALL RESERVATIONS must be paid in full at time of scheduling reservation. As with all contracts, the rental contract between the mentioned person as renter and Armani’s Limo Services Inc is made with the information and the terms given to us. All of the given information from the renter is binding and cannot be changed without Armani’s Limo Services Inc acceptance.  We will reserve the said date upon the approval of the purchaser’s credit card as per telephone conversation. The credit card holder gives authorization to use the credit card information over the phone. It is agreed that it is not necessary to obtain a signed credit card slip, as the reservation is made over the phone/fax.

 

Armani’s Limo Services Inc reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if renters do not follow chauffeur requests in order to obey the rules in this contract.

 

 

 

Limousine rental is made by client with full acknowledgment and agreement to the following terms & conditions: The total cost of service is to be collected at reservation. Overtime will be billed at the prevailing rate. All overtime will be billed in 30 Minutes increments. Client waives any and all claims of liability, loss, injury, damage, or theft. No hanging out of the sunroof is permitted. Doing so will result in immediate termination of service and no refunds will be provided. Smoking is also not allowed in the limousines. Client agrees to maintain full legal behavior during the time of service.

 

Smoking or food is not permitted inside the Limos at any time.

 

Multiple Stops: Stops during your service should be pre-arranged before the service starts. Due to the size of our vehicles our drivers need to know all stops in advance. These precautions are for the safety of each passenger as well as the vehicle. Unscheduled stops are at the driver’s discretion. There are no opening and closing of doors by renting party or loading no luggage of any Armanis Vehicles. 

 

Additional charges may occur for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $25.00 charge for every 15 minutes of waiting time. There will also be a $25 fee for all international arrival flights due to custom wait time. For all arriving flights, meet your driver at the curb or at the baggage claim area. To avoid a no-show fee please do not leave the airport before calling the office for assistance. Drivers are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract. This is in violation of state law and insurance guidelines. Client accepts full liability for client, client’s guests, and/or client affiliations. Client is responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle. Client authorizes Armani’s Limo to charge the credit card on file at the time of booking and agrees that if service is canceled for any reason prior to or during the service that no refund will be issued, no exceptions. If service is terminated early, no refund will be issued, as all fees are deemed earned when paid. Armani’s Limo requires a major credit card to process reservations.

 

 

FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PASSENGERS, DRIVERS, WE WILL NOT GO ON ANY DANGEROUS ROADS. SUCH AS: ONE WAY ROADS, WINDING ROADS (ZIG ZAG ROADS), STEEP ROADS, DIRT ROADS, HILLS, CLIFF AREAS, ETC. Prices are due to change at any notice. Prices may vary during special events such as New Year’s Day, Prom, Winter Prom, Busy Days, Holidays, Peak Periods and Long Distance. All special pricing cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotional codes. Some restrictions may apply.

 

All one-way trips such as airport or any other transfers must be booked under Airport (From/To) for correct mileage charges.

 

Prom season & New Years Day, require 5 hours minimum and for pricing please call our office.

 

Alcohol Policy: No alcohol beverages will be stocked or permitted in vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 without a legal guardian present. Consumption of alcohol by a minor is never tolerated under any circumstance. Alternative beverages are available upon request for additional cost.

 

LIABILITY: Company shall not be held liable for late arrival caused by, but not limited to, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, incorrect pickup and drop-off information, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond company’s control. (2) Company does not guarantee the outcome or results of any trip, including client’s enjoyment, having fun, getting to a destination on time, the location of a celebrity’s home, getting in at any event or place, being parked or dropped off at the front entrance of a place/event, etc. Company further cannot guarantee provision of multilingual drivers. Additionally, company does not guarantee that the vehicle’s heater and air conditioning will work properly. (3) Should company for any reason incur any liability, its liability shall not exceed the amount of the fare Company received from client. No possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid fees and fees for service. While we are happy to let you bring compact discs, videotapes and other personal items, Armanis Limo does not take responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limo rental service. Limousine rentals made by a minor under the age of (18) eighteen must have this agreement signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of (18). All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. The balance is due at the time of the Reservation. Armani’s Limo Services reserves the right to change the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.
